With the name of Business Language Center (BLC), the main branch was found in Lebanon 1988 with the belief that training doesn’t create highly-aware people, it gives them the golden opportunity to move to a better level in their lives. The importance of training comes from the benefits that people gain from, and from its need in modern management. Corresponding to the variables in the internal and external environment in the organization, new jobs appears with the technological advances we have, therefore, there is new training needs along with it.
